I agree with the level of outrage. Caitlyn (formerly Bruce) took coming out as a very serious, if public event. Making fun/light of the situation, whether you agree with Caitlyn's lifestyle choice or not, seems to be in poor taste. Not to mention that it is demeaning and insulting to others who are going through this experience.

Are you kidding me? CaitlynBruce Jenner is a complete media *****. He/she loves every second of the attention because
A) it lines hisher pockets
B) heshe wants to stay in the limelight and not let Kim K be the only one in that family people talk about.
C) Shehe loves, loves, loves having a camera in hisher face.

Bruce Jenner's wearing a costume by dressing like a woman, anyway, so what's the dang difference.

Trying to explain to a child why a man suddenly wants to be a woman is going to cause more confusion than it clears up.

Maybe if Heshe didn't have a camera at hisher disposal 24/7, this wouldn't be an issue for you.

That being said, I think it's a great costume.

That costume is hilarious, especially the guy modeling it. I wish I had the balls to wear it (no pun intended).

This right here.

Bruce and the whole Kardashian clan love the media spotlight. With that, they must be prepared to accept ALL sides.

OP, are you as offended when people dress up as Obama? Or George Bush? Or Hilary Clinton? Or an NFL player?

Got a quote from Caitlyn complaining about it?

And Obama, Bush, Clinton or NFL players are not committing suicide as teens because they face certain, unmitigated hostility for being themselves.

(Well all three of them face certain hostility but there's an upside or two to their chosen professions ).

It'll be a cold day in hell before I refer to myself as "cisgender."

I guess you can't say "normal" any more

Some SJWs probably count that as a "microaggression."

"Normal" is un-PC. There is no normal. This indicates there is a right way to live life and everyone else is insulted by that.

Look, I support gays and lesbians. I support trans people. I think Caitlyn's brave, to be true to herself when she's famous and probably knew she would get so much criticism and have so many cruel things said about her, and I think she's right when she says we need to draw attention to the problems that trans and even homosexual people face, still being largely unaccepted in society. People need to get over the fact that some others are attracted to the same sex or feel they were born in the wrong body. But to start using terms like "cisgender"... you must be kidding. Gay and trans people are small minorities. Why cater to small minorities by changing the "name" of everybody else just to be PC? It's stupid.
