Your chances of dying from a gun are much higher than a Knife. Guns means you can shoot from a long range without any retaliation. Knife means you have to get very close to them and stab them multiple times and even then, the chances of them are dying are nowhere near as high as a gun to the head or chest.

Anyone comparing guns and knifes are ridiculous and are just reaching.

Then they would be very unwise. This would do nothing to advance their cause and, conversely, will only damage it.

This is a clear and unprovoked criminal act caught on tape. I can't imagine any group trying to take this up as a rallying point.

Seriously....

Knives Killed Five Times As Many People As Rifles Last Year

"According to crime statistics from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), knives are consistently used to kill people far more often than rifles are used. And the numbers aren’t even close: five times as many murders were committed with knives than were committed with rifles last year."

Or, how about looking at violent crime rates in places like Jamaica (gun control) vs. Switzerland (males military/gun trained)

Chicago is 15/100k. NYC is around 3.8/100k. Seattle which is considered a safe American city is 3.4/100k.
See what happens in about 5 years when their borders are overrun and crime rates skyrocket. They have gun control in Iran too but they also have public executions and beheadings. Your point?

Actually no. The white homicide rate is around 2.4/100k in America. In Europe, this drops into the low 1s for the vast majority of the countries. Whites in America commit more murders than their European counterparts. Even Asians have a murder rate is 1.8/100k in America. Compare that to Asian countries where murder rates drop below 1.0/100k. Something about America makes people commit more murders.

So you think the guy wouldn't have killed these two without a gun?

Do you think getting hit with a bullet automatically kills you? A handgun is not a "long range" killing tool.

No, but in a total ambush attack from close range the probability is certainly high that you will be killed.

If someone just walks up to you out of the blue and fires a handgun at you at close range.....what realistic chance does that person have??? Not much....
