I have compassion, heart and a brain. I mourn the deaths of these two young people. I also know that a crazed man killed them, not a gun.

To come out less than 24 hours later with an agenda is what's really sad....
Because he doesn't want her death to have been for nothing...he wants to make it mean something, to leave a legacy for her so people will always remember her...he would love to have a law named for her. The man is sincere, heart-broken and angry at the state of what we as a society have come to, and he said this fight gives him a purpose.

He is going to Washington next week with 2 other dads whose kids were killed like this, one a victim of a school shooting and the other whose daughter was killed in Aurora. Godpeed to them.

Yep, and it would seem on the face of all evidence, that is as tenuous as your next argument with someone. Most of these azzhats were functioning within parameters of tolerance up until they got pizzed at something or someone.

Vester Lee Flanagan II is his real name. Bryce Williams was his on-air name.

People are seriously thinking that the photos are hoaxed. What would that accomplish. Those two young journalists that had their whole lives ahead of the m are dead.

I know, the conspiracy theory makes no sense whatsoever. If someone else did it, why did the guy shoot himself in his car? Oh, wait... someone else must have shot him as part of the hoax.

It will never cease to amaze me how some of these posters will take a tragic event like this to push their agenda and pettiness, while being incredibly insensitive to the victims' families, and think nothing of it.

And those same folks disappear into the wind when the perpetrator doesn't look a certain way.

How pathetic.

Different people see different things differently. To one person a confederate flag might mean hate of other races while to another it means nothing more than being proud to be from the southern states.

I'm not a fan of banning it from everywhere since some people have attached such negative connotations to it.
