Hold on just a minute. Men are supposed to comprehend a woman's wardrobe? Women don't understand it, how can men? At face value though, women's clothing that reveals a lot of cleavage isn't designed to entice? Since when?
Please explain what you mean by "women don't understand" their own wardrobe.
Perhaps it's designed to entice, perhaps not, but it never means the fact that a woman's cleavage is showing equals a guy can have sex with her. Anyone who thinks that needs to go back to learning basic manners and the "keep your hands to yourself" rule.
The best way to prevent rale is for rapists to stop raping. We always want to fund a way to blame the victim instead of the rapist. What happens if someone gets raped wearing sweats? Was she supposed to wear somethjng more modest? Stayed at home that day? Oh wait, most rapes are committed bybpeople the victim knows. So the only way to stop is to not know anyone?
Not really. A woman can walk past a man totally naked and the man still has no right to rape a woman. I don't suggest doing that btw, just saying...never an excuse.
I don't know how I let this one get past me. While I agree with this statement, the woman shouldn't be surprised if she attracts unwanted attention by doing that.
By using the above horrible example of extreme logic, I should be able to go to Chicago's Englewood neighborhood at 1:00am wearing a confederate flag t-shirt and wave my iPhone 6 plus around, and not expect to be relieved of my possessions or, most likely, beaten or killed. No one would have the right to put their hands on me. I certainly couldn't be accused of enticing anyone to do me harm. I should expect the inhabitants to control themselves.

We need harsher punishment for the rapist and more compassionate for the victims.

Good luck with that in our days of plea bargains, the mentality that many who commit a crime are mentally this/that/the other thing and should get a break, etc.
While we're on the subject, we are talking about real rape here, right? Not the currently popular, "Oh no, everyone saw me leave the bar with this random guy and we had consensual sex last night but I don't want everyone to think I'm a cheap ***** so I'll say I was raped" brand.
People like the author are being insensitive towards the victims of rape.
There would be fewer victims of rape if more people were like the author.
