There is a low skilled, underemployed and unemployed labor force of US citizens readily available for work.

Legal immigration particularly for employment purposes should be increased. They should nto however be eligible for welfare.

90% of the native born low wage workers and non workers are on some kind of welfare. Most immigrants, on average, go through years of the low wage employment.

America destroys its low wage citizens to the point where many of them are useless and/or incapable of employment, more exactly, they must be provided for. Fresh immigrants have immunity against many incapacitating American ailments, but many children of the fresh immigrants will be afflicted, thus constant supply of the healthy bodies is a must. We could argue why American social environment is so destructive for the certain segments of population.

We destroy them by giving them free sh**?

How about we just stop giving them free sh** and let them figure things out on their own? Maybe do them the favor of limiting immigration to make low skill jobs more accessible.

It is doubtful that tenfolded survival anxiety would cure lower class psychological ailments while doubling IQ and overcoming generations of the selective breeding and concomitant chronic health issues. Low skill jobs are not made equal. Immigrants and natives rarely compete for the same kind of jobs. Employable American disgust for manual labor and immigrant's lack of language mastery rarely compete.

USA is a society of status where social segregation is extreme, those at the bottom breed with those at the bottom, and no fear in the world can undo side effects of that.

There is a big difference between the amount of "welfare" available now and dying under bridges and in the streets. I am very much in favor of a safety net for those who need it. But I think the net catches a good number of people who do not need it and might be better of if they did not get it. Personal responsibility is a good thing.

You dont need IQ to work a manufacturing line. My thought is that desire to eat something better than government cheese may drive them to work if that is their only option.

Why should they "not be eligible for welfare" … ???

Because they came to the US to work. They are not citizens and should not have access to the benefits that citizens do. We do not need to import any more welfare queens. We have plenty of them already.
