Perhaps because one idiot making one stupid statement doesn't add up to a conspiracy?
You need to check the legal definition of this word.
Making posts on the Internet with hopes of inciting mass violence/death across an entire town? It qualifies. If he had been White and said Black, the response and false outrage would be overwhelming.
In every group, political movement, or random collection of people it's very easy to find one stupid person who says one stupid thing. The fact that so many posters here are willing to consider this guy representative of Black Lives Matter or, incredibly, the black population in the United States, says way more about the posters and their attitude toward black people than about this one kid.
To you candidates seeking the White House in 2016, start educating Americans to Obama and the Democrats' crimes against our country. Rather than dividing and pandering, talk to us as one big American family; connecting with our shared humanity.
So why isn't the DOJ investigating this as conspiracy to commit Hate Crimes?
So why isn't the DOJ & Homeland Security investigating this as conspiracy to commit a terrorist act?
Why isn't every talking head on TV going on about it?
Oh yeah, we know why.
Because he is a lone idiot?!
Would you like me to post some random white guy who states kill all minorities and Jews in the name of some group he isn't affiliated with and tag the group.
This is such a ridiculous thread that is reaching (as always) to say its the racists blacks fault and there is no such thing as racism against blacks, and stop pointing the finger at innocent white people....

That depends, it would only qualify under conspiracy statutes if
(1)One other, or more people are involved and
(2) if one or more of them actually took steps towards making this happen. One idiot mouthing off on the 'net, does not a conspiracy make.
You all do know that something like this happened in Haiti, the way white Americans are reproducing and "dying out" it could repeat itself in the future.
Anyone who thinks this could happen here is deficient in math. There were far more slaves than white owners during the Haitian revolution. Black people here represent 12% of the population.
