Such details aren't important when so many posters are obsessed with any race-related story.
Sigh. There's a simple scientific explanation for this "racist phenomenon". Those soap dispensers work with infrared sensors and when they're low on battery power, the I.R. sends out a weaker beam that is better refracted by lightly-colored hands (white people) than darkly-colored hands. (black people)
Of course, people prefer to call the soap dispenser RACIST! instead of realizing the perfectly logical reasoning behind it. Like so many other situations where people cry "RACISM!"
