I feel like I read that reductions are pretty risky and can lead to impotence or a completely useless penis. I'm not sure how or why I read that, or why I am even admitting that on a public forum.

Complete and utter disbelief, no doubt. I'm sure some porn producer will be in contact with him soon. Of course he may not have the stamina to produce a film. And there may be a shortage of actresses who want to work with him.
