EMI to sue them for using "Eye of the Tiger" song for the rally as she was released from jail.
If I am not mistaken Huckabee was sued too at one point for using some copyrighted pictures for his campaign.

EMI to Sue Kim Davis, Mike Huckabee for "Unauthorized Public Performance" of Song 'Eye of the Tiger' | National Report
Seriously?? A neighbor down the street blasts AC/DC so loud, the whole neighborhood can hear it? Should he be sued too?

Technically, according to the RIAA, yes.

Public performance would be the key. Bars, restaurants, hillbilly rallies, Yes. Dopey, inconsiderate neighbors, not so much.

Maybe not technically the RIAA, but PRS in the UK has done some crazy things.

A lady told she had to get a license to play music for her horses
Woman who plays classical music to soothe horses told to get licence - Telegraph

A mechanic who played the radio loud enough for people in the waiting area to hear
BBC NEWS | UK | Scotland | Edinburgh, East and Fife | Kwik-Fit sued over staff radios

Police stations because some officers listened to radios where other officers were able to hear them
https://torrentfreak.com/police-chie...action-120608/

The ASCAP in the US trying to get ringtones listed as public performance
https://www.eff.org/deeplinks/2009/0...wants-be-paid-

The ASCAP going after Girl Scouts for singing songs around the campfire
Ascap Asks Royalties From Girl Scouts, and Regrets It - NYTimes.com

I'm just saying, it's not a crazy notion that someone could get sued for playing music too loud without a license!

Good for Survivor. That should give Davis' pro bono legal team/ hate group something to do. And then when she goes back to work and fires one or more of her clerks and the clerks then get highly qualified pro bono representation to personally sue Davis and the county for wrongful termination, that will also keep them busy.

How did they really unattractive woman get on the cover of my face page so many days! From now on, can't we just all agree to only show attractive criminals? Oh, yeah, for those of you who are hicks, a criminal is one who breaks the law with full knowledge that they are doing so.

I'm amazed how some accept this silly "born again" excuse and pretend that she was an atheist or some non Christian before and therefore her moral compass was reset and that somehow makes it ok.

It's so childish.
What is more amazing people have the nerve to even talk about her personal life......what business is it of anyone who she marries or divorces. Some even blaming Davis for the divorces......wow, that's mighty prideful! News flash, not all Christians hold to the stay married even if you are miserable scripture.

One thing to speak about her job and performance, we all have things like this we are not in total control of......one would think non-Christians already know this.

Childish is correct!
