but it would be rape if it were reversed....interesting, wrong, but true...why is that? because guys are just happy to be getting sex even if they are passed out?

Now now, Science(TM) tells us that only 2% of rape accusations are false. I for one have total faith in their ernest methodology. It's not like they'd lie to us about such things, right?
If the roles were reversed, the man would not be convicted of rape, but he would have been arrested, detained and possibly charged, as I understand it she was not even arrested. That is the hypocrisy. And yes, I know that he said he consented, dah.

The more important question is, what was he taking, what is his diet, what exercise routine does he use, that allowed him to "perform" while passed out?
