As for rape, if the supposed victim says it wasn't rape, there is no victim. Therefore no crime of rape. Period.
That's not how it works. In a parallel sane world it is, but not in this one.
I'm just...intrigued...by the varying degree of responses in this story and the story about Charlotte Proudman.
So, guy is passed out in the street and this woman has sex with him, and he basically covers for his girlfriend, so that's fine. But if you flipped the script, even if she were to cover for him and claim it was consensual, most of these posters would probably want his head on a stake...
...the same posters that are siding with Proudman in saying the message on LinkedIn from some lawyer saying her picture was "absolutely stunning" is somehow a form of harassment and discrimination.

It's like a woman getting beat by her husband and telling the cop "it's OK I deserved it don't press charges".

So, let's drop the cries for her to be charged with rape, charge her with public indecency and be done with it. We need to quit trying to create victims where none exist.
Criminals as well. If there is no victim there is no offense and no criminal.

It is rape if the person was unconscious because they could not give consent before the act was done. Consent after the fact doesn't make it not rape.
This is the youngest generation. A bunch of degenerate high stupid group that was never taught to respect authority, be civil and continues to show our moral decline as a nation. Pray that our millennials find jesus and become better.
