What we actually need is to enforce those pesky little immigration laws we have and start deporting people with no mercy and otherwise enforcing laws with no mercy and no sympathy, and without giving a damn. We need to seem tough and no nonsense. Stopping the whole "anchor babies" thing will also help. AKA what we actually need is some big ol' laws and nice ol' law enforcement.

This has happened several times in the past. It's always the Border Patrol deemed guilty. Rocks can be a lethal weapon if they are large enough. Oh of course, the kids are going to tell their mothers that they are innocent. These border agents should have the right to protect themselves from these assaults.
