What was he a "victim" of? The way the headline reads, one would think that he was a "victim" of someone elses actions. Fact is, he killed himself. Some stations/papers are getting it right by simply saying, "Driver..."

I agree. He killed himself and almost killed the motorist and passengers in the vehicle he hit prior to rolling over. His inexperience and recklessness got him killed. He was no "victim".
Not a 'victim', but is a poster child for not wearing a seat belt.

Poster boy for a LOT of things.
1) The interstate highway system is not your personal playground.
2) Speed kills.
3) Seatbelts are a good idea.
4) Your Ford Focus is a nice car but it is not a "race car".
5) Sign your organ donor card; stupid kills but it could save someone else.
