I don't believe the story the man who drove to the cops with her dead body is telling...I think he knows exactly what happened and is as guilty as the man who shot her...I could see him as the killer as well...easily.
She was really young but I went and looked at her FB page and she had been running with this lifestyle for many, many years prior.

Its a terrible drug...

The driver did stop at a house and the other passenger (who eventually confirmed the story) took the guns and drugs into the house. And then he went to the police station. The girl was killed by a male passenger in the back seat and was dead immediately.

I am sure now, the driver is facing drug trafficking and weapon's charges.

YUPPP, I never pick-up hitchhikers.

In the Trailertrash-city that I live in, I see a lot of hitchhikers.....many of them look like wild-eyed Papa-Jupiter types

Exactly.

It doesn't make sense that a stranger would shoot a woman and not the man. It's another tall story, like the ones in which "intruders" break into a home and immediately kill their biggest threat: the woman of the house.

I picked up a hitch hiker about a year ago after I got out of work around 8pm or so. The guy was about 15 miles out from reaching civilization with very little chance of getting picked up. So I pulled over to give him a ride.

It turned out all was ok. He was hitchhiking all day from Virginia which is about 200 or so miles out. He would have had a rough night.

Ultimately though, I don't know what he was doing. For all I know, he was setting himself up to get some drugs or something.

It's probably not the best to pick up hitchhikers, especially if you're an attractive 18 yo lady.

I hope you have an extensive vetting process.
