I agree..whocares811. That is just terrible!!! Cops are suppose to pertect & serve. I think they could have done this a whole different way.
They weren't even working as cops at the time, but working part time jobs as City Marshalls, who are not supposed to act as police but just serve warrants. They did not have a warrant for this man.
The fiancée of the man shot by Marksville officers last week says one of the
officers had been messaging her on Facebook and had come to her home, The
Advocate reports.
Megan Dixon, Chris Few's fiancée, told The Advocate that Norris Greenhouse,
Jr., one of two officers arrested in the shooting of Few and the shooting death
of his 6-year-old son Jeremy Mardis, had been messaging her on Facebook.
Dixon said Greenhouse also stopped by Few and Dixon's house,
prompting Few to tell Greenhouse that he would hurt him if Greenhouse ever came
to their home again.
Greenhouse is the one who's father is the DA, so I wonder if he thought he could get a free pass on what appears to be vigilante justice when both fired 17 rounds.

Now today on Today, there are reports that one of the Marshalls had been communicating with the kid's dad's girlfriend on Facebook and the guy had told him to stop reaching out to her, so it does seem they knew each other and had history of friction between them.
