You are more optimistic than I am. Obama has proven he has no regard for checks and balances or separation of power. The court has no power to enforce its ruling. The only branch with that power is the one Obama oversees.

Certainly its not a sure thing, but its a good start and another obstacle in the path of Amnesty. Its also going to be harder to get something like that passed now, because other Candidates are taking a hard look at Immigration, since Trump lit the fires under it. I think most Politicians will think twice before supporting any Pro Illegal Alien Legislature, because now they are sure its not embraced by the majority of the Public, and is risky unstable ground to walk on. The current Administration will be hard pressed to get anything passed at this stage of the game, in my opinion. Its pretty easy to see that Trump has littered the Campaign Trail with egg shells, and Politicians who are at risk are being very careful where their next step is going to be.

We will have to keep watching the current events, and see if anyone mentions this on the Campaign Trail, or if they don't want to even touch it. My guess is they will treat it like a poisonous snake.

Judges used Obama's own words against him. He said he was changing the laws. That's a violation of the separation of powers. Presidents don't make laws. That responsibility belongs to congress. Presidents job is to ensure those laws are enforced

Sounds like he was testing the system and seeing how much we would miss him in 2017!

Absolutely, and what is an America that can't control who comes and goes across it's borders? It's no longer America. It's the Left's goal to bring down the borders, and without borders you are left with Anarchy.

Obama was hoping to buy votes for the democrats next year, rejected. It's disgusting that our government is doing this all to sway voting and to assist businesses with more cheap labor if NAFTA wasn't enough we needed more wage depreciation.
