Seems for the most part most of the illegal come as children. What easier way to indoctrinate them to being elite Yale students and Democrat voters. Glad this is not passing so quickly.

So, is it possible the rule of law might mean something again?

If you want to come into our country, you MUST do it LEGALLY. If you break the law, you should go home.

Yes, there are some exceptions, but for the most part it's really that simple.

I hope this opens up for a final resolution of the intent of the 14th Amendment that it was only intended to benefit the children of former slaves.

Thankfully it went to the 5th instead of the 9th court. Sadly this won't be the last word on this, the Obama machine will not be deterred from erasing borders to gain voters and "fundamentally change America".
