In the ultimate example of a parent giving their kid whatever their heart desires, here is a true example that happened just a few miles away from me. 14 year old daughter wanted a baby, so mom started to advertise on Craig'sList for one. Is it impossible for parents to deny their kids whatever they want? Did she really think this was required to be a good mom? If the kid wanted a horse, she wouldn't keep one in the living room! (Or would she?)
Rodriguez said Williams “was looking for parents who simply wanted to get rid of their baby.” He said no price was listed in the ad. Several people, however, offered to sell their baby to Williams, Rodriguez said. He said the matter was still being investigated.
This story reminds me of a woman who registered with several different websites trying to sell her baby. I noticed her post on one site and did a quick search of her screen name and, sure enough, she was indeed soliciting offers on those sites to sell her baby as well. I contacted the police in her home town to have them check on the story. There were a couple of calls back and forth but I do not know the resolution.
Mom says that her daughter was going to get one with or without mom's help. I'm wondering how far daughter would have gone to get a baby if mom refused to help.

It's easy enough to do. Plenty of guys would be willing to help her.
Looks like this woman would have chucked the baby into garbage after her daughter had gotten bored or annoyed by the baby's natural need of TLC.
