Just a thought...arent you supposed to do your due diligence before marrying someone? If they met under the pretense this was a really nice guy because he played one on tv...isnt it on the future wife to not blindly follow that, but to date and find out if that is true?
Also noteworthy, sexual predators often "play the nice guy" in real life. Where is the proof that he was a dirty child abuser until Subway came and cleaned him up? He likely played that role long before Subway hired him
I don't see how Subway knew what Jared was doing before anyone else did.
That defies credibility.
What makes it credible in a legal sense, is that Subway has deep pockets. If the money is there, someone will try to get access to it. If successful, this case could set a precedent that would require all companies that use celebrities (or make someone a celebrity), to act as spokespersons on their commercials, to be thoroughly vetted in their personal lives, for possible liabilities in the future. In fact, the slightest bit of scandal or criminal activity, already usually results in celebrities immediately losing their endorsement contracts.
I'm confused. How was she damaged by Subway in her marriage to Jared? This makes no sense.
She believes Subway may have known of Fogles activities during representation; they could've released him as a company spokeperson and made public alledging his activity.
In other words Subways knew of Fogles victims and secret life...she married Fogle and subsequent suffering.
How long Subway knew will come out in court, or perhaps they'll settle out of court.
If ANYONE should have been aware of his perversions, it SHOULD have been (and probably was) her
she didn't dump him cuz he was a pedo...she dumped him because he was no longer an earner...
