It's rude and inappropriate. It's totally anti-social to sit in a public place in underwear, with shoes off, and sticking your legs up and wide open. That's something you do privately, not in public--and especially not in the tight quarters of a plane, so that your neighbors can smell your stinking feet, butt, and farts.
The guy is an anti-social jerk, as confirmed by his other behavior.
I think they're more afraid of a nut job who takes his pants off on an airplane where clothes are not optional.
I do kinda sort of have to agree that it's public indecency, it's a large group of people and it's not a private club, it's an airplane.
It's the same argument as those that question why women need to wear bras, or why people need to wear clothes at all. And I lived with a "nudist." He was not the only one in the house, but some people thrive on making others as uncomfortable as possible.....
Im a nudist kind of and I really dont see what the big deal is!
Ah man!!
I don't think there is a problem with being a nudist in your own house. Heck, I can't sleep with pants and undies on. But I make SURE I am under covers!
Well they are making seats smaller and smaller. Not offering snacks, hardly drinks. Charging for every little thing. I don't blame the guy for wanting to be as comfortable as possible. Or maybe he was just getting ready to take it in the...you know where, by the air line as they charge for more stuff.
The tweeter sounds passive aggressive, though. He could have said something to the guy or to a flight attendant. Nope, he just sits there and decides to post this online.
