Maybe she just thought it was a drive-through T-Mobile store. If I was a lawyer that's would I'd argue. Might confuse 1 juror.

Today's lawyers might try to argue the store was built after she drove through the area.

They will deny it insurance doesn't even cover Acts of God often and this was intentional.

State Minimum for Property Damage Liability insurance is $10,000, in Florida.

Given her age, I suspect it's all she had unless the SUV was owned by someone else.

Obviously the woman has a serious emotion regulation issue.

Toxicology will determine if she was DUI.
