How dumb - the guy is out on parole, has a GPS ankle thing on, and goes to rob a house wearing it. And his buddy drops his cell phone. Sheesh.

What leaves me with a question is if these criminals were so stupid why did it take the cops so long to catch them?

It says they broke into 123 homes stealing millions of dollars in stuff.

I hope they go away for a long time.
