Here's the right thing to do, share the video privately with the parties involved, the girl's family and others that had a direct involvement. If I were going to pursue it, I'd be sure I had some sort of written permission from the mother before doing anything else. If my minor child were seen all over the world behaving like a thieving fool, I'd probably have a few good things and many more bad things to say to Nerton at this point.
Don't get me wrong I get what you are saying and in part I agree with you. IMHO, I don't think something necessarily has to be posted on anti-social media to be useful though.
