Yes, Like in the 1990's film like Darkman with Liam Neeson where he created synthetic skin to disguise himself. They dont have that tech yet so back to jail he went.
It is standard procedure for arrested persons ( both male and female ) to have their tats photographed by Police, and put into the tattoos and scars file part of their record. This is for a number of reasons... to document gang tats, for future identification, for identification if they turn up dead, and for identifying those that refuse to identify themselves after being arrested.
To me , facial tats are the persons way of saying.. I never want to have a paying job, ever. Oh and my Mummy didn't love me, either
