Hawk's Cay is on Duck Key which is about 8 miles north of Marathon Island and it certainly does not look good right now.
Fact is the latest track shows Irma a direct hit on Duck Key on 8:00 am Sunday morning .
180 mph winds is insane.
It's a business thing, something I am required to attend, it's part of the job but someone has to do it, so every two years my wife and I go spend a week. She lays out in the sun while I go to classes all day.
This year it is scheduled fro October 22nd through the 27th. If it hits as a CAT 4, or God forbid a CAT 5, it is an understatement to say there will be damage.
