Given her history I know what I chose to believe. But in the court of law that isn't brought up so you have rich white woman and her friend against a homeless guy. Yeah I can see how this will play out too.

I don't know, I just noticed that it said the state charged her with hitting a woman in the head with a drinking glass, and her dad claims she threw water in the woman's face. Water in the face and a glass to the head are two different things. So which was it?

Im going to follow this, I would bet my paycheck she gets out quickly and charges are either dropped or lowered, I highly doubt she will see a jail cell, it just doesnt happen.

Well obviously a lot developed before the water being throw and maybe the other person had enough of her attitude. Again I don't pretend to know what happened in either case but this is the internet and rampant speculation is what we do. And I think she is a spoiled, entitled, little B word.

Reverse racism here?? Doesn't matter if she was white, black, yellow or purple - she should have hauled butt is she felt threatened by his words. She's inside a vehicle, can lock the doors and drive away.

Now I do think she's an entitled B**ch and daddy will do his darndest to get her off - but either the internet loves you - or hates you - I'm not seeing much love for her and do think there will be repercussions - rich or not - and her career will be finished.

Exactly. And and example of our 'gun culture' at its finest(!)

Agreed. Yahoo story, always suspect, although even "respectable" news outlets are tarting up stories these days to get the ad clicks.

I love how the article attempts to paint a picture here buy calling attention to the type of vehicle the owner drove to paint an image of rich and entitled.

Honda civic owners can't get upset and shoot someone when they are asked to move their car?

You make an excellent point. However in stories like this Porshe Driver does kind of make a statement about who you are.
