I don't find this cute.... This seems like a potential drowning risk. Plus it's gross that his whole body is inside the toilet. Poor kid.

Did you see the pictures? There is no way this kid could have drowned in the toilet. At worst he'd get a crick in his neck.

If, while falling asleep, his body had slid forward on the toilet seat while his head fell back into the toilet, looks like there possibly may be enough room for his head/upper body to be stuck in the toilet, yet not enough room for his arms to be used to free himself. And his legs wouldn't reach the floor to help him. What if his face went underwater and he tried to take a breath. The whole scenario is gross and disturbing, yet the father proudly posts it to YouTube..

Why not post the common reason which is similar to the 5 gallon bucket issue not taking a dump and falling asleep?

Toilets can be overlooked as a drowning hazard in the home. The typical scenario involves a child under 3-years-old falling headfirst into the toilet
Quote:
- Keep the toilet lid down to prevent access to the water and consider using a toilet clip to stop young children from opening the lids.

Because I just lazily picked the first Google hit - a 2002 study.

Either way, it is gross and potentially dangerous to leave a toddler alone on a non-childproofed toilet.

So you are disappointed that I did not go into my link and post that exact quote?

I fell asleep while standing & peeing as a kid. I busted my lip and still have a scar. This sort of thing is more common than you know.
