can't say I'm surprised because he's had a reputation with women for years just like Weinstein and Cosby did. But unfortunately these accusations 10, 15, 20 years later come across as money grabs which isn't really doing anything to make progress. If someone is legitimately raped then report it to the police immediately and get guys put in jail instead of letting them continue to do this to dozens or hundreds of more women

I wonder if there is a statute of limitations in that state, if so, then physical evidence doesn't matter. Sometimes people just speak up when they're ready, and sometimes they have an agenda. I have no speculation either way, especially since I don't know these people.
Last time I followed the situation of a woman reporting on a long-ago rape by a minor celebrity, she got no money out of it, he did no time or anything, and a horde of his fans descended on her with death threats and such. Not sure how she gained from it. Incidentally, she only "came forward" insofar as she posted on a very obscure local blog, simply to vent about how hard it was to be around her friends in her own town who were fans of his, when his band toured through. She didn't run to big media with a scandal or anything.
So, sometimes ages later, women who tried to just shut up and cope for whatever reason, find it's just bugging them too darn much and they have to say something. Somewhere, to someone.
*shrug* I can't judge, it's not my place to do so. My opinion is not so important that I require her to prove anything to the likes of me.
Little late to the game.. this is all about money to shut him up. .and i hope he wins. 13 years later.. wow.. i cant remember what i did 5 years ago, how in the heck u going to remember who did what 13 years ago. I seriously doubt he did anything honestly, she got drunk and woke up naked? come on evidence or it didnt happen
