So basically they’re dousing themselves with a nerve agent chemical weapon.
I never ceased to be amazed. And, now scared. I don't remember such SCARY drugs when I was younger. Now I see people at the corner store or whatever that their high is clearly MESSED UP. I appear calm on the outside, but I treat the situation like I am on a Safari and a dangerous animal has gotten very close......

I agree! There's K2, Flakka and bath salts. K2 users regularly do a zombie like shamble around some areas on a regular basis. One area in my city was nicknamed "zombie land" and was featured in the news after numerous people were taken to the ER one day.
I've seen people acting wild also matching with the descriptions of flakka or bath salts. These things are legal to boot! Sold right at many convenient stores, bought as easy as chips and soda. We have more turbulent times now and more escapism is being pusued I think , be it drugs or smartphone usage and entertainment.
i`ve seen kids snort dust blaster .. it plainly says on the can " not recommended as an inhalant "
Someone I know was just convicted of manslaughter. Snorted Dust-Off and drove his truck through a farmer's market. Stopped about a mile away when someone yelled to him that he was dragging something. It was a woman who had been shopping at the market.
Not new, this was happening at least in the early 90's in the US.
Really? I don't remember stories of bug spray - not to say they didn't exist. I remember kids getting high just snorting aerosol out of any deodorant, etc.

Maybe it was regional, but it was the latest, greatest thing in the plains states (NE, KS, etc) at the earliest in the early 90's when I first was hearing about it on the news.
