Stopping treating these people like dumb little natives, who don't understand -the outside world is real and I would think the real reason these tribes are diminishing, is because their members are leaving over time. They've probably also had plenty of contact with these diseases, from those same members coming back to visit.
The future will be bleak for them as a tribe, whether India treats them like zoo specimens, or not.

Why do you think they have understanding of the outside world or it's modern laws? These people have had no part in the development of laws, or any exposure to the outside world. Thousands of years of history and human development happened in the world without them knowing a thing about it.

Historically, isolated tribal groups had to make up their own code of conduct. Do you even understand how violent tribal people (including European tribes) were when it came to protecting themselves from strangers? This group in particular has a history of being persecuted by the British and Japanese. No doubt they've handed down a teaching to the current generation to avoid strangers.
They've survived there for 60,000 years. They'll survive longer if morons would leave them alone.
Who said there's enlightenment and salvation through Christ? That's merely the dead man's belief system. Salvation from what, btw? Look at how many "Christians" in the US have been behaving the last couple of years; depriving others of the right to vote, yelling epithets at people who look like the Sentinelese, for no reason, while trying to convince us that their behavior is "enlightened" because they've accepted Jesus.
The Sentinelese don't need that kind of enlightenment or salvation. If you've studied or been around any societies considered "primitive" or backward, you'd see that some of them are very gentle and caring. Some of them think we're the ones that need to be saved from ourselves or each other. The Sentinelese don't need to be exposed to modern prejudices and hypocrisy.

Hmmm, was it stupidity on Rosa Park's part when she refused to obey the law and not sit in the back of the bus, which was the law only 60 years ago? Just saying, laws are not infinite.
How do we not know that some of these people who are not so high up the ladder in these tribes aren't being tortured and sacrificed by the "elders and leaders" of that tribe? How do we know or that the children are being taken care of well and the women are not being raped and beaten? Seeing how savage they are to the outsiders, I shudder at the thought of how they might treat their own people.

This tribe has been on this single island for 55,000 years. They don't leave. They are doing just fine.
The irony here is the Sentinelise have existed 60k years and the only people they are responsible for killing are a few that came to their island and posed a threat to them. On the other hand, since Jesus died on the cross just 2,018 years ago, millions have been killed in the name of christianity.

Your entire country was founded on the basis of invading Euro savages killing off the indigenous population and calling it their own nation, with British street and city names to top it off.

Actually, they probably wouldn't kill the children, because they would not be considered a threat. And since the law is crystal clear that no one is allowed to go within three miles of the island, it is unlikely to happen anyway unless the children have neglectful parents.
They are especially hostile to grown men in uniforms, and no wonder considering their history with the British.
And one more time for the cheap seats . . . these natives are NOT leaving the island. They speak a language no one understands. If they had managed to get to a location in the modern world, it would have been big news when some naked people bearing bows and arrows and speaking an unknown language showed up.
Since they want nothing to do with outsiders, what motivation do they have to leave the island? They are unlikely to separate since they rely on each other to survive.
And who are you to decide their value to the world? How arrogant of you. They don't owe the world anything just for existing.
