It's a joke. No one likes animals more than I do. How did you get from friggin' blow-up sheep (balloons, for cripes sake) to dog abuse?
Crikey!
It isn't a balloon; it has an aperture for penetration.
Zoophilia is often not species specific; my personal experience was with canine victims but I can assure you these freaks are often nondiscriminatory and any animal will do. Horses in particular are very popular amongst that set.
Finding humor is that sort of abuse I just don't understand. Perhaps had those who do so seen the aftermath as I have they may cease to laugh.

How does the person keep the horse from kicking the hell out of them? Also, does the person need a chair or something? Asking for a friend.

Tasteless.
The animals are restrained in ways that prevent harm to the assaulter. Horses often have ther tails removed to make access easier. A recent case (now named Willow) that was sent to a horse sanctuary in Texas (and is now doing well) had been kept in place with ankle chains. Tail was removed. Discovered when owner died. She is a mini horse so that addresses your "do they need a chair" question.
(Baffled as to why anyone finds bestiality humorous). I invite you to view some photos of the aftermath and then see if you are still laughing.

Lighten up Francis. You are the one obsessing over this stuff. It's a blow up toy. Nothing more.
