Aquarium Apologizes for Calling Sea Otter a ‘Thicc Girl’
That's ridiculous! No need to apologize at all. Abby is grossly overweight. And no need to apologize for using slang either. Is "thicc" another word that non-blacks aren't allowed to use???

Yea that otter looks about average size to me. as Ive said before, most of the girth in the body is fur, and body fat.

I think people spend way too much time finding something to be "offended" about.

Let's be honest here... that otter IS a fatty. I just would have said that, instead of all the ghetto slang and nonsensical terms.
Wonder who the heck wrote that tweet? Some rapper?

Its really not. LOL

Its not like this otter was/is lazy and sits around overeating...their bodies are like this for a reason (to keep them warm).

I think this is hilarious as well, but I'm 22 so maybe that's why. I can see older folks not really understanding the humour in this though.

I would think someone in their 20s, who has a degree in marketing, and knows how to have fun wrote the tweet.

I doubt they're hiring grumpy old men whose hobbies include yelling "get off my lawn" to run their social media.
