There is a social media photo of this sicko in the article, holding the dog she claims isn't her dog after dragging the poor little thing to a bloody mess. She's smiling from ear to ear while holding up the bloodied paws. Wtf?

Thank God there are good people in this world, who are willing to help, when they see animals and children abused. This women should be arrested, and should be responsible for all vet bills. Hope the pooch is going well.

Unfortunately, there are no mental tests for buying or adopting a pet OR a child.

How many times have you said to yourself.....I wouldn't let that idiot take care of a goldfish, never mind a child. But the biological bingo game spews out babies that are " looked after " by mentally flawed people. Isn't it funny that sensible, educated , stable people are trying so hard to conceive but the trailer trash are pumping babies out...year after year ? Makes you wonder.....

So per the article, it wasn’t even her dog. I wonder if she was trying to get revenge on the dogs owner? In any case she’s a mentally ill and evil person.

They say it isn't her dog, but she posted on IG in November that she adopted this same dog. I'm so confused.

Maybe she lost it. Maybe she was only supposed to be watching it, but decided it was hers, then got mad when it got taken back? I am upset they didn't arrest her.

Update says she now has an attorney who says the dog is fine now and this was an isolated incident. But people who do things like this tend to repeat. I don’t know about California but in Ohio this type of thing is considered a criminal act of cruelty towards animals and she would be fined.

It shouldn’t be too difficult to identify her with the information given. I hope she gets some really nasty notes from her neighbors.
