They look like young thugs that probably stole the driver's drugs or drug money. They look pretty proud of themselves skipping along, until they see the truck coming for them.
It's a wonder (and thankfully for those kids) that the driver didn't use a gun instead of the vehicle.
I can't imagine what the kids could have done to this owner of the truck that allows for attempted murder as a response.
I can’t either, but why did none of the kids come forward? The owner of the home with the video surveillance camera was said it look like at least one of them needed medical attention yet they never went and sought it. Hopefully the cops can identify both the kids and the truck driver and question both.
