Mad dogs get put down. These animals will go to day-camp for 4-6 years, then be released back into human society.
Watch you back, Delaware.
Yep they sure will.
My 4th kid went to junior high with a boy who was a participant in a gang rape at age 13. He was "sent away" for six months; his family (pure white trash) lives two doors down from another of my daughters. He is now 17 and still a worthless hoodlum.

Yea, its standard when its regular crimes, but for something THIS brutal and extreme, they absolutely should have listed their full names. Every female (adult and child) in that area has cause to fear these boys.
They’re in jail now. It’s not going to help anyone by publishing names. The more names get published, the greater the chances the young girls will be found out to. There’s no reason at this stage to make anything more public than it already is.
I think the parents need to be publicly caned. They're responsible for these cretins. As for the punks who did it brand a capital R on their foreheads so everyone will know what they did they rest of their lives.
Ted Bundy had a perfect Leave it to Beaver childhood.

He was remarkable, because of how very unusual his story is. That's why his story is so notable.
And BTW, I don't know about his leave it to beaver upbringing. And the stories about him having a lot of friends is a lie. He had almost no friends, and many sensed something was off about him all along.
He had zero family, and zero friends, who ever attended any of his court appearances, even the very first ones where family and friends might have been in shock and disbelief.
But yeah. When you think of public policy, and how best to solve the problem of juvenile criminality, it's not helpful to look at the platypus among the otters to form your opinions.
In this article, it describes a childhood home where his mother was passed off as his sister. I don't believe that happened much in the Cleaver household?
Supposedly so did Jeffrey Dahmer. That's what we've been told but who of us can document it with certainty?
I did mention genetic inheritance, didn't I? Certainly you don't think that they had normal brains?
This kid had parents who did everything in their power to save him. He was in intensive psychotherapy nearly all his entire childhood. He took meds for his mental condition. I can tell you this for certainty because I knew friends of the family. Some people are just born with something very, very wrong inside of them. It doesn't get better.
An 11-year-old, luring adults and juveniles into her web?! Why would anyone believe that? And what would that have to do with statutory rape laws, anyway? It's irrelevant.
Not to the New York Times. They wrote a number of articles defending the rapists.
She got on the stand and aid she was willing. She couldn't give legal consent, but I guess it could be admissible for purposes of helping the jury assess the proper punishment.
