Well, of course they took responsibility for kicking her out. It wasn't another customer who did it.

FACT: No one knows the full story.
FACT: Neither Golden Corral nor the complainer have said anything to the public
FACT: We only have this woman's side of the story
There are some other facts.

FACT: That woman was not by any means the fattest person ever to eat at Golden Corral
FACT: What she was wearing was not by any means the least tasteful attire ever worn at Golden Corral

OK Mr. Semantic, here's Golden Corral's direct quote.

"We strive to make all of our guests feel welcome and comfortable, but it appears we didn't meet the mark in this situation" a spokesman said.

"While we don't offer specific guidelines on attire for our franchise locations, it is never our intention to offend anyone. We are grateful the issue was brought to our attention because it represents an education opportunity and a chance to make amends with a guest we disappointed."

In my book, if someone wants to make amends, they're recognizing they were in the wrong.

In today's society with social media what the heck do you think these companies are going to do ?
Hobby Lobby, Chick Filet.
None of them want the twitter crowd boycotting and marching outside.
So they are only too quick to make amends when they see it has "gone viral".

Even if they were right in what they did they will not say it..not in this day and age of the twitter mob.

In customer service, you do that whether the customer is a jerk or not.

That top was quite low cut. It was well below her tan line. Maybe her b**bs did pop out!

Glad they are trying to keep Golden Corral classy, but seriously, I’ve seen so much worse.

Well, that's your OPINION. We're trying to deal with facts. I just posted THE FACT. They admitted they were in the wrong. You read it...right?
