Wth caused it to spin on one direction a million times like that? I hate to say it, but that was cartoonishly hilarious to watch but I'm sure an absolute nightmare for the poor woman.

As of a week ago, her husband said she was still too dizzy to walk.
The severe spinning broke all the blood vessels in her face, so her face was completely black and blue when she came into the hospital. He was shocked and said she looked a million times worse than before they took her up. Her face and feet were swollen.
Apparently a line that was supposed to stabilize the basket failed, and she spun more than 170 times in 2 minutes.

yeah, that wasn't too funny to me. I'd say, to hell with my injured foot, I'll crawl to safety on my own. That is really awful and could easily have caused an aneurism that may not show up until years later.
