Dang, almost in an instant. I would have been out of my mind in shock if that happened. If the tiger had been able to cause that bike to crash, one or both would have been a goner.
Two people have escaped with their lives after being chased down by a tiger in India in a harrowing incident captured on video.
As seen in a clip shared by the Forests and Wildlife Protection Society on Saturday, the pair are riding on one motorcycle when the animal emerges from the trees surrounding the road and gives chase.

I could smell it on the bike rider. You know he at least squeezed out one briquette worth. . Jesus can you just imagine a 800 pound tiger running full out at you. Jesus that thing would crack you like a chicken.

The tiger followed them on the road only for a brief moment, as it crossed from one side to another. It may have just been a reflex action of it, to chase a moving object. Its intent was unclear. The one still photo that was shown, makes it look like it was really chasing them, but I'm not sure.
There is a reason why visitors in big-game wildlife preserves are warned to stay in a closed vehicle. Ride a bike through Serengeti, and you;ll be chased by lions, too.
Isn't it a thing where at a certain point a prey animal will just give up and submit to death? I think that's what would instantly happen with me if I saw that thing coming at me.
