This is Fox's idea of news?

No wonder there was a study showing that Fox viewers were poorly informed.

If he'd eaten the burger and gotten ptomaine poisoning, that would have been news.

The burger was found on a street in Jamaica, Queens — which is approximately 1,500 miles away from the nearest In-N-Out.

“It genuinely shook me to my core,” finder Lincoln Boehm, 31, said to the New York Post.

As a play on the old Mae West quote, baby, if that shakes you to your core, you need to be shaken more often.

...or something to that effect.

Seriously? Your post belongs on the P & C board. It's all over the internet and news, but I guess you just couldn't help yourself.

I thought of In-N-Out as a "good" fast food chain, where their burgers taste like backyard burgers, without a lingering aftertaste like some other chains. I can't solve this mystery, but I'll put the franchise on the "would visit again" list.

My guess is that Lincoln Boehn bought an In-N-Out burger in California, wrapped it nicely and secured it in his luggage, then placed it on the street in Jamaica, Queens and made his own 15 minutes of fame.

In-N-Out is a great burger for the price, but I don't get the cult.

It is just a fast food burger. One can make a good case for prefering another. I would eat In-N-Out if I lived in California, for example, but I prefer Shake Shake and Whataburger.

The story has nothing to do with how impressed anyone is eating an INO burger. It's not about being a food critic.

My guess is that a mama's boy moved with his wife from the west coast to the east coast and mommy FedEx'd her son his favorite meal. Wife intercepted the package and chucked it out the window.

My guess is coming only from personal experience.
