The City of Cincinnati spent more than $100,000 on three prior investigations that exonerated the call takers and officers of all wrong-doing. It has since implemented more training, hired additional staff and upgraded the 911 system so people can enter information about themselves."

The call takers may not have been guilty of wrong doing but obviously the system was or all this upgrading and retraining wouldn’t have been needed. I hope the family wins.

That sounds VERY shady...the city are the ones who were in charge of finding groups that were going to be doing the investigations? LOL...
Well duh, of course, those 'results' are going to come back with NO FAULT to the city, the officers or 911 operators. shouldnt be a big surprise to anyone!
I completely blame the city for what happened to that poor boy trapped in the car who ended up dying. The city should be held accountable for their sloppy, inept and useless workers.
Ughh. I remember the first from last year when it happened.
I hope the family wins, and more importantly, Cincinnati and other cities will take notice.
