Here's a list of communities served by Instacart, and Alpine isn't on it.

That's kind of irrelevant, though. She had a car and could have driven to the store. She also admitted she had frozen breast milk but had discarded it. She called 911 and live streamed when police responded, all for publicity for her blog.

AND she said that her milk dried up (suddenly?) and she has five kids and this has never happened to her before and she didn't know what to do and it was "scary." Yet on her blog she wrote a post five years ago telling mothers how to get their milk back; says she has been there.

Some people on her fb page are saying to have called a taxi. She didn't display any creativity whatsoever in solving the problem. Especially a person of means who can easily afford to pay the taxi driver generously.

A poor person would have no choice but to wake up the kids and pile in the car. Most people of means would do the same. There was no blizzard or anything, she just didn't want to wake the kids. Asked the police to come babysit!

Uber Eats also picks up from 7-Eleven & Wawa now and they deliver 24 hours a day.

Also, I bet many a mother had to go longer than say 4 hours w/o formula. She could have waited until 6 to wake her kids.

8 tips to get your breast milk back
I'm aware of that. I was just responding to the assertion that these services would have been available in a tiny Utah town at 2 a.m.

I'm not really that interested in whether her milk dried up or what she had in her freezer, but thanks for the link.

What did pioneer women do when their breast milk dried up in the middle of the night?

Do they have Uber Eats in Alpine, Utah? The population there is less than 10K.

It doesn't matter. Everyone made do before Uber Eats. The woman called the police to ask them to patrol the area so she could leave her kids alone to go to the store. Then live-streamed the encounter. Then called every news outlet to continue to seek attention.
