This thread reminds me of Johnny Cash's Folsom Prison Blues, which was a HUGE hit, and if you hear it live in concert the crowd cheers at the lyric "I shot a man in Reno, just to watch him die . . ."
My pardons, I forgot that the world has turned upside down. The boy is to be considered entirely innocent until the courts rule. Why my goodness I really do need to get with this upside down thinking and remember that we have the court system that only brings innocent people to trial.
A reminder that teens are NOT all harmless little kids. You learn that if you've ever worked in a middle school. On another note, the female being interviewed on camera, Julissa Sanchez is smokin hot. Had to look her up Apparently making a little name for herself in that town.
The parents should be jailed. What a complete utter failure of a couple of human beings.
Remember the killer in Florida at the high school. His mother bought him the gun, thinking it would somehow help him figure life(?) out. And here in Pennsylvania was another case of a mother buying guns for her teenage son, who then went out an killed a few people in a rampage. There ain't no tellin...then they go to psychiatrists, maybe. I worked for a lawyer who 'splained to me that see, here, we have freedom of speech, and so no holds can be put on porno and violent videos. See? Understand?

Exactly, and that's one reason why I asked judge to excuse me from putting me on a jury, cause I figure if a man can't contest the charges (doesn't need to speak a word in his own defense as the judge explained), I don't want to be on the jury. While it is the jury system, again -- if an accused does not have to speak a word in his own defense, don't put me on the jury. Don't put me on a jury anyway, because liars are liars, some are better liars than others, and can use the system to their advantage.
A 13-year old boy in a Seattle suburb shot and killed a random 35-year old man walking down the street whom he had never met before and had nothing to do with because "he felt like doing it". He saw him walking, approached him from behind, and shot him in the back of the head.
I usually believe in rehabilitation over incarceration and am against trying kids as adults except in the most extreme cases, but I really think this is an exceptional case. 20-30 years, no probation, at the minimum. What do you think?
The suspect lived at the home of his former girlfriend and the homeowner confirmed to police the teen was gone at the time of the shooting and that her gun was also missing.
WTF? He is 13 years old and was living at his former girlfriend's house? Okay this is just too weird. There is something wrong with this reporting.
