Takes a lot of nerve to just waltz in to a property thats not yours like that. Some vacant homes have had squatters move in and take over.

If its a nice big house, this landscaper might have also been trying to impress clients hoping to get business. Or to impress a romantic interest. He probably "owns" a beach house in Hawaii, a red Bugatti and a Yacht too. Its called delusions of grandeur.

On the invitation he called it the 'Wilson Estate' (his name), that's not something renters typically do. I feel like this guy probably spent a lot of his life trying to bamboozle the people around him, close family included.

I find it amusing that I found this thread today when last night we watched an old rerun of "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" on TV.

(Michael Caine and Steve Martin were the scoundrels.)
