It's a slow day, so get a smile of this

British tourist lost his false teeth in Spain 11 years ago when he got Il and puked into a bin on a boozy night.
Paul Bishop, 63, said he "fell ill" after drinking cider during a night out in the Spanish party resort in 2011.

After Paul's dentures were found in landfill, (his false teeth had been passed from the landfill site to authorities) they used DNA records to eventually track him to his Stalybridge, Greater Manchester home.

He said he was "gobsmacked and stunned" when he saw his long-lost gnashers.

But I guess, they don't fit anymore...
I am surprised that they actually bothered to find the owner...

Wow, that's unreal! You gotta wonder who is doing the poking around in a nasty landfill, that the teeth would be spotted in the first place.

And doing DNA....must have been a slow day for the bobbies.

Maybe they thought that the teeth belong to a victim of a crime?

Had to make sure someone was not murdered I'd guess.

Not often you find missing body parts even if they are fake.

The teeth may well belong to a person previously arrested or charged with a crime, the only searchable DNA Database in the UK is in relation to police criminal criminals.
