Well, she did get her phone back, but I wonder if she thought it was worth it?
Personally, I would have left it!
I really don't think I could have done that either. I would have figured it was gone; there's worse things to lose (and would have thought that even if I did get it back, it wouldn't work after that). But then, I'm not addicted to my cell phone. Would have been a real pain to replace all those numbers; but, I think the most important ones I have already on other cell phones that have broken over the years. Yeah, I'm thinking definitely would have figured I've done lost that one for good! Onto a new one. Maybe she was a nurse and was used to that kind of stuff? One of the reasons, maybe the only reason, I could never be a nurse (though I love caring for people); just can't deal with that gross stuff--not voluntarily.

I'm not experienced with the mechanisms of an outhouse, but I thought there were other people's in there too. Even if not, that would be enough to gross me out too much.

Ditto regarding the gross stuff, except for my kids. But I even had trouble watching them get a shot!

Yes, and that is why she was advised to seek medical attention afterward.

Simple solution, quit playing on your phones in the john. Honestly I get grossed out when I realize the person I'm talking to is sharing a BM with me. Flushhhhh!
