Such a crappy story. Allegedly, she lost control of her car and hit two people on bikes. Both died. They were brothers from California participating in a bicycle race. That's when she blamed the accident on... wait for it, wait for it... her IBS. Get a load of this.

I think she is full of it. She was charged with two counts of automobile homicide with criminal negligence, two counts of DUI, two counts of leaving the scene of an accident involving death, reckless driving, and improper lane travel.
That she got charged with DUI is buried in the story. It's the most important part of what happened. Her lawyer better be great at tap dancing if that's the defense she is going to use.

Yep and this isn't her first DUI. She had been convicted at least once before.

I didn't read the link, but unless you syphoned off some of the journalistic flair of those writers/reporters, you deserve some kudos for your tongue in cheek commentary.
