By "woke" do you mean not allowing people to threaten other people in the name of "free speech"? Making the platform unusable for people with disabilities? That's what's going to happen without strong moderation and accessibility teams.

The warn act in this situation is just a whiney baby smoke screen.
With his compensation package he won’t have any problems with that.

He does shoot from the hip and I think he knows more about running a business than the people that teach that subject in the university’s.
Times change and he seems to change with the times easier than most.

Will Twitter survive?
We shall see.
I don’t think I would bet against Elon though.

When dealing with cry babies most people I know would rather not hire them.
I know I didn’t.

Hopefully this can work as a source of unbiased speech.
May we never be in another Hunter Biden situation again.
I’m not a big Trump fan, I just feel that the censorship of the Hunter Biden situation cost us a fair election.
Shame on them.

The above article said 3700 people were laid off, half the workforce. Why does it take 7400 people to run a company like Twitter? What do they all do? Help me understand and I just don't want the answer "the workforce is bloated so they needed to layoff that many". I can't even comprehend it taking 3700 people to run the company.

One of the nice things about owning a company privately is you don't have to share with the public your plans. The fact that Musk isn't trying to sell the public on some detailed plan doesn't mean he doesn't have one.
But the Musk needs the public to make money off of. The can delete him as quickly as deleting the app.

Accessibility is not part of "woke". That is a software feature that was implemented in 1997 and is part of the software technology.
