We have a thread about US being a freak show because the man got naked and acted out in Miami gym this week.
He perhaps consumed something he shouldn’t and hopefully was ok the next day.

This one is so much more freaky: the UK is on display - it went all the way in front of the judge

https://www.yahoo.com/news/worker-su...132956927.html

The world went officially bonkers.

It would be just funny if she wouldn’t be an IT Project Manager

In case anyone was wondering why #MeToo fizzled out five years ago...

It went in front of a Judge in an 'Employment Tribunal', and not a criminal court or even a proper civil court, and it was subsequently thrown out by the Judge who branded the woman as having a “skewed perception of everyday events” and regularly misinterpreted “innocuous” interactions.

Tribunals are less formal than courts and are usually a quicker and cheaper way of resolving disputes, with those involved usually representing themselves, and this case was quickly thrown out, which was the correct decision in my opinion.

this is weird. maybe she has a crush on him. Interpreting these situations as sexual means that she needs to get her mind out of the gutter. Maybe that's how she thinks by default, so it's easy FOR HER to oddly connect those dots.

Reminds me of those staged accident rings where they go out and cause crashes, targeting company trucks etc. to get big paydays.

Same general concept.

Either that or she's certifiable.

I was thinking in line with schizophrenic? A lot of really scientifically smart people have a touch or even of full blown schizophrenia.
Meds help to keep it in check and the person functional

It is this or I don’t know what.

A lot of “me too” women sounded unhinged as well.
Who waits 20-30 years and even longer to cry out “rape”- especially if they seem to use sex to benefit?

They could have become teachers and office workers if to become an actress or to get a role one has to get “interviewed “ on the couch?

We all have and make choices.

This woman perhaps hoped to use “me too” as a scenario for a big pay day - if she isn’t a plain mental case

AJG is just bizarre. In addition, she seems obsessed with sex - on her mind all the time?

Tribunals often accept heresay evidence and unsworn testimony.
IT field only means that they are good at numbers

I wonder if she is still working for the same AJG?
