I am taking my nephew to pick up the car this morning. I went over yesterday and it looks really good
I think I he needs to take his favorite Aunt to breakfast for all her hard work lol
Today is suppose to be even nicer that yesterday and not as windy so I have a feeling thee is going to be some outside time when I get home from the car dealer.

Not much going on here. DH is in his final day of seclusion, so we'll be hanging around. I went to the coffee social this a.m., did some laundry, made some lentil soup and some picking up around the place. I need to start a new book.
Karla, I have to agree. Auntie needs a reward!
I hope Evey and her friend have a safe trip bringing Casino home.
I really should do some finance stuff, too. Not sure if I will or not.
Breakfast sounds great Karla! I would like a waffle with strawberries and syrup! Yummmm it has been a long time since I visited I Hop, guess that might just have to be in the near future.
The weather is almost balmy here, not sure what the air temperature is but it is cloudy, gray and warmer with NO snow right now. I am for sure taking a walk today, Cassy might even want to join in she is walking good today and those are the days I like getting her out.
Have to begin cleaning the house, start laundry, go to wally world (I lost my gloves) and go to the grocery store. Besides making a swiss steak that will probably take up a good portion of my day. Besides that I am setting tonight aside for book time and spending the evening with the good company of hubby, he is off this weekend.

Cheryl it is nice I just went out with my pruners & pitchfork and ended up with 4 big bags of yard waste and go figure I was sweating not sure if it was the sun or the physical labor
I decided the bed that had the black & blue saliva needed a change and since they are underground runners I needed the pitchfork
I think I am going to make the bed cosmos & other cutting flowers
Pattie finance stuff is not alowed on weekend thats during the week stuff
Shadow & I went for a quick walk in the dark this morning, then headed to the barn where we went for a quick mousie hunt.
We were on the road a little after 8 this morning. We had an uneventful trip and picked Casino up from the clinic. The trailer lights did not want to play and we fooled around with that for a little while, then headed home without them. Not really a whole lot we could do since neither one of us knows how to re-wire trailer lights. We got back to the barn just as it was getting scary to not have lights. Casino is all settled in and happy to be home.
Shadow & I just walked in the door. We were mobbed by kitties who feel neglected.
Whew! Good thing you didn't have to ride him home!
Had a fairly interesting day, went to lunch at a newish place up here called Cheers, and saw my hygienist who doens't work at the dentists anymore and she saw us and came over and pulled up a chair and told us the fired her! Said she told TPTB that people didn't like having a diff. dentist everytime they came in, etc. Went all Donald Trump on her. I think we are done with that place.
Then we went to the grocry store and we saw our buddy who we just missed last week becaiuse he passed out in the store and they took him to the hospital. Last week we were out and about but we ran home before we went to the store and saw a life squad out front. When we went back we saw his son in there, he used to work there, and he told us what happened. So today, there he was back to the scene of the crime, so to speak. Said they couldn't get his blood pressure UP! But he's okay.
Just been piddling around on the computer since then, better go find something to make for dinner.

Yeah Evey glad you are safely home and how does Casino feel? I'm sure he is going to have some massive spoiling, and Aunt Evey giving him massages!
Fuz, that is rather frightening to have a blood pressure drop like that...........as if there is something underlying going on. I hope your friend has someone keep looking into what the real reason is for the fainting spell.
Well all I made it to Wally World and took a nap, and had plenty of telephone conversations with family today. I have an aunt in GR that I am worried about and want to make sure she is being taken care of by FAMILY! She has a scruffy old guy taking her to the grocery store and when my sister saw him she about had a fit. I am going to have to make it a regular thing to call her every weekend. I'm also going to have my Kimmy call her every couple of weeks to make sure that she is okay. Anyway after that..........nothing got done (except a nap). So tomorrow will be a busy day
Thinking about a breakfast trip to I hop tomorrow Karla, just have to talk hubby into it. Can't stop thinking about that waffle. Maybe I need to get a waffle maker, anyone have one and have comments.
