Me thinks you might be a danger to yourself on a stand up mower Karla! lol I hate all mowers and do not like to cut the grass, thank goodness my hubby loves it.

Lunch workout again, and I keep picking up the pace. There is one leg thing that kills my legs, but hopefully this will eventually work to get them solid again.

tet - House hunting in WI is bad??? Is it the price or that you can't find what you like? I'm sorry to hear that, goodness we looked at one of our first houses the other day and my hubby said he did not need to look further!!! We still have 6 months left on our lease!

Hope all have a wonderful night, see ya tomorrow.

I think I have officially plateaued. I haven't lost a single pound this whole week. Pooh! So according to my Nike+iPod, I jogged .03 mi slower than I did yesterday but according to the treadmill, I went .01 mi faster. Pooh again! Oh the inaccuracies!

I've been waking up the past few mornings with achy legs. Man, they hurt! Once I move around I'm good to go but but it's the getting up part that's the hardest!

All right, I jogged 45MIN (though I wanted to REALLy quit after 10!), worked on shoulders and chest and did the usual 70 crunches and streching.

Sweden when you get to be about 30 years old you'll look back and smile at your youth. However few of us above that age would ever want to go back. We know to much.

Walked about four miles tonight looking at houses in various neighboorhoods. I want to be an urban commando but I need a big garage.

I'm taking the pedal bike to the corner pub for a cold one. See you all tomorrow.

Default Better late than never !

Hello All

I'm finally checking in ! Finished a 1 hr. Cardio-Kickboxing class tonight, came home, showered & had a few free minutes to myself. Class is really going great. I've learned how to layer up the sports bras so when the jumping jack happen, I'm not all over the place

Last check in at the evil scale told me I've lost 10 lbs but I recall someone telling me that the first 10 lbs is just water? How true is that?

Wishing you all a Happy & Healthy day tomorrow- TGIF !

Now I'm going to try to "spread the lovin" w/ Positive Reps to all of ya !
